The welcoming service provided by the mother and son team was fantastic in addressing any issues. The location is ideal for visiting Warwick Castle and town, with a lovely park nearby for evening strolls, although slightly close to the ceiling windows. The dining experience featured delicious, cooked-to-order meals, including a delightful full English breakfast. The facilities offered are up to par with a reasonable size guest house.

The hotel was very comfortable with spotless, bright, and well-appointed rooms. It was a bit too modern for our taste but still airy. The service was excellent, with very helpful and accommodating staff who made us feel extremely welcome. The location was perfect for my needs, just a short walk into Warwick, although it isn't anything extraordinary. The dining experience was delightful, especially the well-cooked full breakfast served between 8 and 9 am. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor modern decor preferences.
